Nivyaan Labs is a product studio for startups. We don't operate like a traditional agency — we're engineers who ship code, design system architectures, and work directly with founders.
We build products that use LLMs, chat interfaces, workflow automation, and personalization — but we pick the right tool for the problem, not the trendiest one. The technology is a means, not the pitch.
We're new, and we own it. We don't claim 15 years of history. We earn trust through transparent proof of work — public showcase projects, detailed technical breakdowns, and measurable outcomes, shared openly.

How We Think About Engineering
Lots of studios talk about technology. Here's what we actually care about:
- 01 Production over prototype. We don't build demos — we build products with proper error handling, monitoring, and evaluation from day one.
- 02 Automation that actually works. Our products don't just assist — they act. Workflows that make decisions, route tasks, and run without manual intervention.
- 03 Right tool for the problem. Not every feature needs a fine-tuned model. We use prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, or custom agents based on what the problem actually requires — not what sounds impressive.

He's shipped production platforms across healthcare and EdTech, and now focuses on building products that use LLMs, workflow automation, and systems designed to get better over time.
